SUMMARY :
The ERP Manager will play a pivotal role in the technical support and utilization of our Prophet 21 ERP application. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the system's performance, reliability, and alignment with our business processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for our ERP system (P21), including user setup, access permissions, and troubleshootingUse your in-depth knowledge of P21 to handle complex issues, design and implement solutions, and test and validate system processes for all departments and end usersCollaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirementsAnalyze business processes and system performance to recommend improvements and enhancementsEnsure the reliability and performance of the ERP system and its infrastructureReview and improve the ERP system structure and capabilities to enable business growth and efficiencyManage and mentor the ERP support team, conduct performance reviews, and set and monitor IT KPIsIdentify and solve any ERP application problems and communicate effectively with stakeholdersManage SQL databases associated with the ERP system, including monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuningServe as the SQL database administrator, ensuring data integrity, security, and disaster recovery strategiesLead ERP system upgrades and patches, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to minimize downtimePerform other duties as assignedTarget Compensation: $80K $85K / YearReport to the Vice President of Information TechnologySKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 3 – 5 years of proven experience managing ERP systems and working on all technology needed to run a businessProficient in ERP systems (ideally Epicor Prophet 21), SQL Server management, query writing and optimization, SSIS and SSRSStrong experience in managing and administering SQL databases.Certifications in SQL database management.Advanced knowledge of IT functions and disciplines.Familiarity with ERP system upgrades, data migration, and integration.Strong ability to build solid relationships in teams, with peers and managementStrong communication and leadership abilities, with experience in project management.Strong ability to work well under pressureBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field requiredPassionate, Adaptable, Customer Focused and Teamwork orientedStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityEMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY INCLUDES:
