Information Technology Analyst , you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver innovative capabilities with industry leading products. This role will provide business analysis expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements. May lead cross-functional teams to address business and/or systems issues. Strong initiative to learn new systems.Domain areas include Product Safety and Integrity, Product Quality, Advanced Reliability, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing Quality.This is a hybrid position and is open to anyone living within commuting distance of any of our Navistar facilities in:Lisle, IllinoisSpringfield, OhioTulsa, OklahomaSan Antonio, TexasNew Carlisle, IndianaResponsibilities:AnalysisSolves complex business problems often within unfamiliar territory and without precedentProficient in applying industry-established standards to work closely with stakeholders to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments and requirements as necessaryIntegrates usability studies and research into the product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven designProficient in analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business and technical processesLeverages domain knowledge to translate user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to maintain a backlog of three to four sprints ahead of the teamAsks the who, what, when, where, why, and how questions to quickly differentiate the needs from the wants to deliver optimal valueUses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products, services, and processes to bring the people, processes, and tools togetherPlans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time, and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporationContributes to the results of Value Stream MappingInstrumental in the formation of the application and technology roadmaps in support of the broader product strategyProcessFollows, refines, explains, and enforces established processes to streamline the software development lifecycleInstrumental in leading and participating in Agile development processes dailyWorks closely with domain areas to prioritize requested features, predict and proactively take action on the impacts of discovered bugs, and propose continuous improvements for all facets of the business and team of colleaguesStays involved and aware throughout the entire projectEstablishes oneself as a trusted resource to recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards and processesDocumentationFully proficient in using written communication to transform vague ideas into sizeable actionEffectively articulates the behind-the-scenes workings of the system to developer colleagues in the form of clear, concise, accurate, and effective business requirements, functional specifications, and bid packagesOwns the construction and maintenance of an accurate knowledge repository for domain-specific data catalogs, context diagrams and system interface documentation, process flow diagrams, application dictionaries, support manuals, user manuals, etc., for all relevant application informationTestingFully proficient in the development of comprehensive test plans and protocols to ensure the actual results match the expected resultsExercises solid due diligence with the shift left mantra for continuous testing to reduce defect costsAvoids test analysis paralysisFacilitates demos and release planning with stakeholders to gain user acceptance test resultsMaintains knowledge of industry standards and best practices for testingImplementationWorks with system architects to develop conversion and system implementation plansEnsures a seamless transition between old and new systems and processesPrepares, obtains, and tracks approvals of system and required communication documentation for implementationWorks closely with stakeholders to establish support messaging, communication, and customer outreach to reduce risk in the implementation planTrainingAchieves successful adoption by ensuring end users understand the new system or changes to the existing systemUses solid verbal communication skills and easy-to-understand instructions to facilitate the training of user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the systemDiscusses business process and system related capabilities/expectations with manufacturing and plant leadershipRelationshipsIs a proponent of well-managed transparency and diplomacyProficient at developing a deep understanding of the target domain and building close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the teams effort is aligned with the overall strategyManages and grows relationships with vendors and colleagues for new and existing software to find and suggest IT solutions that continue to meet the technological needs of the businessManages dependencies with other teams functions while identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships across the different teamsEnhances business acumen, career development, and skill growth by networking with senior internal and external personnel in key areas of expertise to discuss business process and system related capabilities, expectations, and continuous improvement opportunities for domain areasWelcomes the opportunity to lead other professionals and colleagues with less experience through the analysis, design, and delivery of solutionsMinimum Requirements:

Bachelors degreeAt least 8 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applicationsAt least 1 year of lead experienceORMasters degreeAt least 6 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applicationsAt least 1 year of lead experienceORAt least 10 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing of enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applicationsAt least 1 year of lead experienceAdditional Requirements:
