Ability to obtain a thorough understanding of commercial underwriting and coverage and interpret abstract dataIntermediate PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systemsAbility to work within a fast-paced, changing priority environmentSelf-motivated, with the initiative to prioritize and be self-directedRegular and punctual attendance is required for designated office daysAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally, and in writingExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both colleagues and managers, across all levelsAbility to promote, and maintain a team environment, willing to find accommodating solutions for our customers, companies, and the AgencyAbility to successfully adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as maintain strict confidentialityQualifications:

A Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, along with an understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance coverage, underwriting, and rating concepts.Applied Epic Agency Management System or similar insurance management systemProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookHigh School Graduate (College degree – preferred or related work experience)Must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within an agreed-upon timeframe.Attention to Detail and Organizational SkillsStrong Customer Service and Interpersonal SkillsTime Management Skills along with the ability to work in a team environmentCompany Benefits
