San Francisco / RemoteCompensation:

$140K - $180K OTE, early team equity️ As an account executive, you'll:

manage sales cycle from lead to closedevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels(from ICs to C-level execs at Fortune 500 orgs) and functions (design, product, engineering)generate pipeline via value-driven outbound, to supplement strong inboundcollaborate with Customer Success to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding existing accountsanalyze self-serve customer data to identify trends and opportunities for expansion to our enterprise planarticulate and quantify Ditto’s value through demos, business cases, POCshelp potential customers build an understanding of how Ditto can fit their needs, even as we create the categoryWe're looking for someone that:

has 3-5 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment (esp. design, engineering, and product teams, or design/developer tools)has a proven track record using consultative, “value-selling” approach and managing complex sales processeshas a proven track record with generating pipeline and high quota attainment with mid-market and enterprise segmentscan be hands-on in understanding and leading discussions around technical concepts and workflowshas an owner mindset — is deeply curious, biases towards action, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environmentis ambitious — wants an opportunity to prove themselves while working closely with the leadership team
