Our unique combination of knowledge, technologies and experience makes us the ideal partner to cut your product to perfection.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Territory Sales Manager is responsible for business development in an assigned geographical area. They are responsible for contributing towards the growth of our FAM STUMABO business, while servicing and maintaining new and existing customers. The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for generating new potential customers on an ongoing basis by networking, researching, prospecting, cold calling, following up, closing deals and managing accounts.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain responsibility is the sale of the entire FAM STUMABO machine product line (Dicers, Shredders, Slicers)Network with prospective customers and collect information to determine business potentialEstablish, develop, nurture, and maintain business relationshipsPlan and organize personal sales strategy in a logical, cost-effective manner for the target marketGenerate machine quotationsBuild and maintain the pipeline of opportunities with weekly updates to the CRM and forecastingTravel extensively throughout the territory for meetings, client test trials,Attend tradeshows as assignedIdentify opportunities for service and product enhancements to drive sales growth while maintaining customer satisfactionEngage with customers to understand their needs and address pain points in their existing production processes and equipmentStay updated on industry trends and maintain technical proficiency through internal documentation and industry publicationsExpand our customer base within the regional territoryDevelop comprehensive sales strategies for both short and long-term goals within the region.Thoroughly document all sales activities in the CRM including customer interactions such as visits, demonstrations, calls, emails, and textsProvide valuable market feedback to formulate growth plans for key industries within the regionCollaborate with the sales team to secure projects in other regions, fostering a culture of teamwork and positive communicationMonitor economic indicators within the region, including market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and competitor activitiesAchieve and surpass established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with a focus on exceeding annual regional sales targetsFlexibility to travel to customer locations as needed to support business objectives (50-75% travel is expected; multiple regional opportunities are available)Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelors degree or relevant experience2-5 years of experience in a technical sales roleExperience with presenting at conferencesMechanical aptitudeStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPrior experience working with large multinational corporationsFood and beverage industry experienceAble to lift up to 50lbsUnited States or Canadian CitizenValid Passport without travel restrictionsValid Drivers License, with no major violations within 3 yearsBilingual (English & Spanish/French)Interested?If you are interested in this position, please send your application to
