About the Role:As the Cloud Partnership Lead at Anthropic, you will drive transformative growth and strategic alignment by forging and managing high-impact cloud partnerships. You will be the linchpin between Anthropic and our most critical cloud partners, orchestrating relationships at the highest levels, shaping long-term partnership strategies, and ensuring operational excellence that directly impacts our bottom line.

In this pivotal role, you will architect and execute comprehensive joint business plans, empower and incentivize partner sales ecosystems, re-engineer partnership processes for maximum efficiency, establish data-driven reporting frameworks, and cultivate deep, multi-faceted relationships across partner organizations. Your strategic vision and operational prowess will not only maximize partnership performance but also significantly contribute to Anthropic's revenue growth, market penetration, and technological leadership.

Responsibilities:

Spearhead the development of multi-year strategic joint business plans that align with Anthropic's growth objectives and directly impact revenue

Design and implement sales enablement programs that galvanize partner ecosystems to drive substantial pipeline growth

Establish comprehensive reporting frameworks to track key partnership metrics, forecast trends, and demonstrate ROI to executive leadership

Lead high-impact initiatives to radically optimize partnership operations, setting new industry benchmarks for efficiency and value creation

Collaborate with C-suite and cross-functional leaders to craft integrated, global go-to-market strategies that amplify Anthropic's market presence

Cultivate and manage relationships with cloud partner executives up to the C-level, ensuring strategic alignment and investment

Travel up to 30% to lead high-stakes partnership meetings, industry events, and strategic planning sessions

You may be a good fit if you have:

10+ years of proven success in managing strategic cloud or technology partnerships, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth

Demonstrated ability to forge and nurture partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, influencing at the C-suite level

Exceptional strategic thinking, with a history of translating complex market dynamics into actionable partnership strategies

A strategic, analytical approach to assessing markets combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities

Outstanding leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced, innovative environments

Superb communication and negotiation skills, adept at navigating complex, high-value deals

A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely
