CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for a Manager of SEO & Digital Content Strategy to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina!

We're looking for an experienced SEO and copywriter to join our ecommerce team, responsible for partnering across teams and working with the marketing & paid teams to deliver accurate search engine optimized content and strategy to improve processes, technology and content flow for CPI Security. In this role, you will be a key participant in delivering overall strategic content and optimization roadmaps across website. As well, you'll apply your copywriting, web publishing and overall business process knowledge and ability to assist on multiple projects and be a key decision maker. You will play a leading role in our mission to protect our customers and what matters most to them.
Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate and contribute to web optimization projects with multiple departments and stakeholders to achieve objectivesAssist in defining and aligning company on SEO strategy across Marketing, Merchandising, Technology and Site OperationsDevelop and communicate detailed Technical SEO business requirementsWork with SEO-related tools (The Google Suite, VWO and Semrush) and constantly leverage to monitor SEO issues, performance and SEO/Marketing opportunitiesSuccessfully partner and deliver search engine optimized strategy and content to drive traffic to CPI Security's website and support overall business goalsWork with SEO vendor(s) to develop and execute content in a timely manner, driving incremental traffic to our websitesWork with Technology and other teams to ensure the technical SEO is definedResearch SEO best patterns tied to new site releases, ensuring technical SEO considerations are deliveredCreate a focused backlinking strategy and execution plan to obtain high quality backlinks from high domain authority sitesKey Areas
Manage requests and support the division with content needs including writing optimized copy for websites and distribution channelsImplement technical SEO roadmap planning process, converting strategies into a single SEO product delivery roadmap that is aligned with program goalsEstablish targets for key SEO metrics and measure performance improvements against those targetsOther Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or higher in related field preferred2+ years of professional analyst and SEO strategy experience preferredWorking knowledge of graphic design, webpage construction and web usability best practices/standardsThe Perks
