Job Description
Software Developer (SD) (Level-1)The requirements listed define the Software Developer (SD) responsibilities and tasking. TheSD is an educated and qualified individual that is able to analyze detailed system designs andfunctional requirements for Minotaur Mission Systems (MMS). The SD shall use agile softwaredevelopment practices to plan, create, improve, maintain and test the core and sensorsoftware baselines. The SD shall support the Chief Integration Engineer (CIE) and other teammembers to accomplish software development and execute the MMS software plans. The SDshall be able to receive guidance from mid-level/senior software developers and supportsenior leadership with mission execution..The SD shall be qualified to execute the below functions with minimal guidance.SD1: Analyze software & hardware architectures, designs and functional requirements foraircraft & surface mission systems.SD2: Develop system and software requirements.SD3: Design, develop, test and implement MMS software and applications using tools such asJAVA, Javascript, Python, SQL, OWL, CSS, C++, C#, Bootstrap, XML, HTML & WSD1L.SD4: Develop scripts to interface with MMS system.SD5: Develop interfaces to other systems and sensors for tooling, configuration, serviceupdates and data recording.SD6: Support installation of software on a variety of MMS hardware configurations.SD7: Develop Graphical User Interface (GUI) designs.SD8: Develop and conduct unit, system tests & integration tests.SD9: Develop technical documentation related to software and GUI changes.SD10: Work with team members to ensure software usability and reliability.SD11: Execute frequent travel to meet Government requirements.SD12: Obtain and Maintain at least a Secret clearance.SD13: Be able to accept guidance from Senior Developers and Mentors.SD14: Conduct code reviews and accept feedback from software code reviewers.SD15: Build visions, business relationships & goals for future endeavors.

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other suitable equivalent in certifications with experience.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Proven performance of software development, communication and team skillsMust be able to lift/carry 20-50 lbs.
