Interview : Video Visa : All apart from h1b and cpt This is hybrid from day-1 Description : Allegro (ETRM) Developers with strong C# As an ETRM Specailist, you will be the go-to person for our Midstream and Marketing system's daily support and development efforts. Your responsibilities will include handling daily issues, ensuring timely deployments, and collaborating with team members to develop and deliver applications and enhancements. You will also focus on improving efficiencies within the day-to-day operations support model. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to the ETRM system (Allegro), ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Issue Resolution: Work closely with trading and risk management teams to identify, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions. System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the ETRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and running efficiently. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for the ETRM and related systems. Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to ensure integration of ETRM systems with other systems and applications. Testing & Implementation: Participate in testing and implementing new ETRM system features and upgrades. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in supporting an ETRM system (Allegro, RightAngle, Endur). Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more of the following: Visual Studio, C#.NET, SSRS, MS SQL Server, Oracle, IIS Management and Configuration, or ASP.NET. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
