At KPMG, we believe nothing is more important than investing in our culture because it's an investment in our people, our future, and what we stand for as a firmKPMG is currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager tojoin our Global Trade Technology Services practice.Responsibilities:Lead implementation projects of Global Trade Technology solutions through the entire project life cycle with minimal supervisionEnsure the quality of the project deliverables including blueprint design documentation, system configuration, functional specification, testing and train usersGuide the team to design solutions for complex issues/gaps identified; work with other functional work stream to ensure process integrationReport project status and metrics to Engagement Partner and client stakeholdersContribute to business development for the practice, including external marketing outreach, internal strategic growth initiatives; train and mentor team member to build a stronger practiceAdditional Responsibilities for Senior Manager:Independently lead implementation projectsManage multiple projects at the same timeQualifications:Minimum six years of recent experience working with SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, SAP GTSMinimum five full-life cycle Global Trade implementation projects and a solid understanding of project methodology and milestonesBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityLicensed CBL (Customs Broker License) issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, CUSICO (Certified U.S. Import Compliance Officer), CUSECO (Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer), Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification issued by the National Customs Broker and Forwarders Association of America, CPA, MBA, EA or JD/LLM, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that listKnowledge of supply chain, logistics and how it is integrated with global trade processes in SAP system. Experience with SAP, Sales & Distribution and/or Materials Management is preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and effectively manage teams; exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to think analytically; possess detail oriented and organizational, and collaboration skillsAdditional Qualifications for Senior Manager:Minimum 10 years for senior manager position working with SAP GTS SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, SAP GTSMinimum eight full-life cycle Global Trade implementation projects and a solid understanding of project methodology and milestonesHas hands-on implementation experience in all SAP GTS modules including compliance, classification, export control, customs management with self-filing and broker integration, Free Trade Agreement Process, Special Customs ProceduresKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
