*** This position is Hybrid position working with our team in Boca Raton, Miami or Ft. Lauderdale***
Position Responsibilities:Serve as the engagement lead on specific accountsTake responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverablesDevelop detailed engagement work plansIllustrate budgets and schedulesActively participate in proposalsManage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedbackGain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadershipThe succesful candidate must have:
3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firmExperience with Private Companies Audits' preferredBachelors Degree requiredCPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the examStrong experience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of audit software such as Caseware or ProSystem FXExceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
Skills - Must Have:
3+ years of experience in a public accounting firmPrivate companies' Audit experienceCPA designated or close to completion of CPA
