Your Role:

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives lead generation, and grows revenue. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this senior leadership role will be responsible for setting the organization’s overall marketing goals, creating strategies to grow the business, and leading the team executing tactics to increase brand awareness with higher education institutions and increasing student enrollments in CEA CAPA programs.

Leading the marketing department, you would be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of the Marketing department and providing leadership to align marketing and branding to support other departments and business functions. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of strategic planning, brand management, and team leadership. To excel in this role, you will bring a balance of data-driven analytical insights, creative brand direction, and excellent team building capabilities.

What You’ll Do:Strategic Planning – develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to leverage CEA CAPA’s marketing channels including marketing communications, digital and social media, website, and partner marketing to achieve company goals.Brand Management – Build the CEA CAPA’s brand awareness and reputation in the field.Market Analysis – Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.Digital Marketing – Oversee the strategic direction of the company’s digital marketing efforts including SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing to drive lead generation.Program Marketing – Collaboration cross-functionally with program development teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing education abroad programsBudget Management – Build and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROITeam Leadership – Build, mentor, and coach a high performing marketing team, focusing on a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Performance Metrics – Own CEA CAPAs marketing KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaboratively work with other divisions and departments within CEA CAPA to assess institutional and student engagement data and develop engagement, resource allocation, and revenue generating strategies based on these.What Makes a Great Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred7+ years of progressive experience in in marketing roles, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a team leadership roleDeep understanding of current performance marketing tools and strategiesExperience with both B2C and B2B marketing channels preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative thinker with a data-driven approachWe believe great talent comes in many forms and that there is no one size fits all in hiring.
