Position Summary:

Monster is seeking an experienced Contracts Support Specialist to assist in managing the contract process. Candidate will be responsible for contributing to a successful contracts management program that is responsive to the business needs of the organization while remaining responsive to internal stakeholders. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities.

Essential Job Functions:

Review agreement requests and work with internal business partners to obtain approvals for modifications as required.Project manage contracts throughout the contracts cycle, including standard contract generation, redlining, approval escalation, record management and post execution support.Provides contracts administration support to attorneys and direct manager, including circulating/tracking documents.Backup support for NDA DraftingFlag issues for escalation.Work on various projects assigned by attorneys or direct manager to improve/optimize internal operating procedures.Build and maintain various reports on an as needed and scheduled basis.Maintain basic reporting issues and scheduled business follow-ups.Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5+ years of experience in comparable role (e.g., legal, contract management and administration)Salesforce or other case/task management experience, Apttus/Conga strongly preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Detail oriented, well organized, analytical, quick learner.Ability to problem-solve uncertain situations and identify solutions.A proactive, collaborative, and flexible mindset is essential. The successful candidate will actively seek out ways to contribute to the efficiency of the department and will diligently work to own and accomplish projects without prompting.Resourceful, team player with ability to collaborate with other team members and other cross-functional departments on challenging projects.Exercise sound judgment on key decisions in developing the contracts administration function, including recognizing circumstances that require escalation.Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills is a plus.

BASE PAY RANGE:$22.55 - $26.54 per hour
