Adobe experience helpful as well.Some level of data related experience or contract/pricing experienceQuick Bulletpoints:Intakes contract requests from sales organization and prepares pricing quotes, capital equipment contracts, cash quotes, etc...Coordinates product launches and related contracting requests with sales/marketing/finance/pricingdministers terms and conditions of contracts and tracks agreements for compliance. Reporting data elements of compliance related information to functional stakeholders, especially the sales organization. Creating SOP's to better define our process management and identify potential gaps in process.Modifies existing legal contacting templates in conjunction with change requests on contract strategy, new product launches, etc...Extracts data and reports on critical contract elements like customer pricing, historical customer sales, and other relevant contracting dataEducation Required: bachelor's - not set on a specific degreeYears' Experience Required: 2+Will the contractor be working 40 hours a week? Yes If not, weekly estimate?Work Location:Do they need to be local to any MDT office and if so where? Can be remote, but we do have the CAS team based in Minneapolis, so those candidates would be given preference.Does this person need to be on site? If so, full time or part time? If they are in Minneapolis we would have them in office 1 to 2 days a week.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information. SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University). Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
