Strong Hands-On experience in Validation Space15-18 yrs of experienceLife Science experience is mandatoryValidation experience in Veeva Implementation (preferably VEEVA RIM) mandatoryPlan and strategize on testing and validation activitiesHands-On experience in creating and reviewing IQ,OQ,PQ,RTM, 21 CFR Part11, Validation Plan/SummaryExperience in usage of Test Management tools like ALM, JIRAStrong Project Management skillsStrong People Management skillsStrong communication skills and good in customer handlingCo-ordinate and channelize/route team members to appropriate PoC from the customer end & unblock any hurdles
