Westlake Capital Finance (WCF) – Credit Analyst II
Our WCF Credit Analyst II will be assisting with all operational & underwriting functions in Westlake Capital Finance. Specifically, this position will be responsible with the management, administration, and assisting with the underwriting of our dealer revolving credit line and commercial real estate loans. Westlake Capital Finance (“WCF”) is company within the Hankey Group that provides revolving credit facilities and commercial real estate loans (CRE) to independent & franchise dealerships around the country. has serviced over $1 billion in auto loan receivables. As of 2020, WPM is the fastest growing company in the entire Hankey Group. Our current servicing relationships include Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Fortress, Flexpoint Capital, Marubeni and more.
DUTIES, TASKS, RESPONSIBILTIES (include, but not limited to)
Assist Westlake team with managing new & existing borrower relationships.Act as the primary point of contact for all existing client interactions, working with variety of team members to ensure a timely response to all client requests.Assist with compiling potential borrower financial & business data for final review and approval.Send out monthly interest invoices & borrowing bases for current WCF borrowers.Request and compile monthly and annual due diligence requests for current borrowers.Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors and Westlake team members.Create and manage ad-hoc reporting requests from our current clients.Comfortable with working with large amounts of loan data.Assist WCF team with monthly marketing activities and analyze previous marketing campaign results.Develop tools, techniques, and standardization that will ensure repeatable results, enhance company effectiveness, client satisfaction, and overall cost efficiency.Keep informed of industry changes, trends and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on the organization and the client’s business.Work directly with WCF team to forecast and manage all new borrower relationships.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES
Strong Excel skills required.High comfort-level working with large amounts of loan data & financial data.Create, build and manage SQL & Oracle reportsPresentation skills (from initial creation to delivery)Knowledge of Laser Pro application is preferredEDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or universityMBA preferredEXPERIENCE
5 years or more of credit analysis & loan underwriting for a lender or a bank. Preferableexperience would be at the independent or franchise dealership level.PAY RATE
