WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
As a Weekend Nursing Assistant - CNA, you play a crucial role in the day-to-day care of our residents. When you arrive for your shift, you receive a thorough report from the previous team, ensuring a seamless transition of care. You then work closely with our residents, providing assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Throughout the day, you collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, doctors, and therapists, to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care. This may include assisting with medication reminders, monitoring vital signs, and documenting any changes in their condition. The fulfillment you experience from making a difference in the lives of our residents is immeasurable. Your dedication and commitment to providing exceptional care is greatly appreciated by our residents and their families.
YOUR SCHEDULE
Depending on the needs of our residents, you may be assigned to a day, swing, or night shift on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Our rotating schedules allow for flexibility, ensuring that our residents receive round-the-clock care.
