School Smiles On-Site Dental is currently seeking a Full Time General Dentist to join our growing KY team! This Full-Time position is scheduled Monday-Friday only. The hours are approx. 7:00am-3:00pm. This General Dentist opportunity is based out of the
Hopkinsville, KY
area and is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to children at local schools. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided. This opportunity would be a great fit for a Dentist interested in a low stress opportunity in a non-private practice setting. This full-time position offers full benefits and a $10,000 Sign-On-Bonus.
Compensation of 32% of billed production for days working in schools
Travel reimbursement with no weekend or evening hours
Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, flex spending, and a health savings account
An active Kentucky Dental License and current CPR for Healthcare Providers are required for this opportunity; malpractice is provided by MAH

Current Kentucky Dental License
Must be Medicaid Certified or willing to become certified
Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius
