Perform credit quality analysis across commercial banks, broker-dealers, insurance, Clearing Counterparty (CCP), mortgage originators and REITS. Execute counterparty due diligence. Review daily trading requests for products including: derivatives (FX, rates, equities, credit), Repo, MBS, forwards, and stock lending, among others. Create, manage and deliver credit risk legal entity management reports for regulatory compliance. Track developments related to regulatory, industry, counterparty, and external ratings, taking appropriate risk mediation actions, as necessary. Assign internal credit ratings and limits, monitoring usage for any breaches. Analyze deal-specific transactions as they arise and present Credit Risk’s recommendation both within the Risk department and to committees. Enhance and implement risk reports in global reporting framework and implement ways to deliver financial risk information efficiently and accurately. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration (with a concentration in Finance), plus five years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in the offered position or as an Assistant Vice President, Vice President or Associate/Senior Associate at an Investment Bank.* *All required experience must have included using credit risk frameworks and metrics to independently analyze and monitor counterparties within U.S. financial institutions portfolio, including insurers, banks, brokers, REITS, Clearing Counterparty (CCP) and other financial institutions; monitoring the performance of counterparties and tracking developments related to the U.S. financial institutions industry, economy, regulations, and markets; rationalizing credit limits in conjunction with counterparty business activity; extracting data and information, gathering regulatory requests, and handling user accepted testing and implementation; developing early warning trigger and inventory rating tools under ratings-based approach issued by Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS); and preparing financial risk models using stress testing framework tools. Must have Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.#LI-DNI

Minimum Salary: 183,500 Maximum Salary: 215,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
