Job Summary:
Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of customers purchases, while ensuring total customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Job Duties:Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicleMust comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agentAccurately package and prepare items for home/business deliverySchedule delivery route in most efficient manner to insure timely delivery with least travel requiredCollect payments from customers including cash, check and charge transactionsAccurately make changeInform patients of prescription counseling services when delivering prescriptionsProper processing of receipts upon completion of deliveryInsure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exteriorReplenish delivery supplies as neededGreet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as neededReact to potential shoplifters following company policyMust keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employmentResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsRequired to read and sign the Fleet Management PolicyPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Education:Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GEDJob requirements :Must be 21 years of age or olderMust possess a valid Drivers License in good standingRequired for Vermont Employees onlyRegistered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy TechnicianExperience:Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related positionSpecial Conditions of Employment:Drug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionCompensation:$14.20 - 15.64 an hourThe final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
