CDL Shuttle Driver Position Summary:
The CDL Shuttle Driver's primary responsibility is to provide superior service to guests and clients. You will operate a golf cart or shuttle to transport guests safely and efficiently to and from designated destinations. This guest service position requires maintaining a high level of communication and service, ensuring a clean and working shuttle, and assisting guests and visitors as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Safely and efficiently operate a golf cart or shuttle.Keep the shuttle clean and in working order.Maintain vehicle/shuttle safety precautions.Report any equipment issues promptly.Complete required training modules.Maintain a professional appearance and work-friendly atmosphere.Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues.Uphold PMC grooming and uniform requirements.Follow all company policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned by Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager.Qualifications
Qualifications:
Ability to drive a golf cart or shuttle safelyAbility to pass motor vehicle record and background screening requirementsValid CDL License Required and valet driver's licenseAbility to be familiar with designated routes and various roads for efficient transportation of visitors to correct areasClean cut, professional, uniform appearanceEnjoy interacting with the public, freely offering assistanceWorking outside regardless of weather conditionsAt least 21 years oldAbility to work in all weather conditions, carry 50 lbs. of luggage, bending, standing, run or jog as neededAbility to maintain the confidentiality of guests and hotel informationUse of personal cell phones may be required for work purposesThis list is not all inclusive
