About the Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop, champion, and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of corporate goals and objectives. You will be responsible for creating an intuitive, best-in-class, end-to-end customer experience, considering the balance between business objectives and customer needs. You will be collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to support organizational goals. At the same time, you will be understanding customer needs, identifying usability opportunities, and researching the newest design concepts. You will be translating the findings into wireframes, user task flow diagrams, and functional specifications, seeing it through to delivery.
We are looking for an exceptional and self-driven Sr. Product Manager to help us shape the best-in-class customer journey. The role requires a combination of business and technical acumen, customer-centricity and e-commerce experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high-quality experiencesProcessing, reviewing and interpreting customer usage data/patterns to find new experience insightsChampioning the needs of the customer and business stakeholders throughout the execution of the initiative, making sure that what is delivered meets the initial goals and objectivesPartnering with user experience engineering, design, consumer insights, and analytics teams to find the best possible solutionsOrchestrating the analysis to measure the results of UX features to quantify the business impact, and identify further opportunitiesPrioritizing, designing, and implementing user experience enhancements and fixes and clearly articulating decisions and tradeoffsIndependently driving to agreement on product requirements and directionsResearching competition and 3rd party vendors to understand e-commerce market dynamicsQualification:
5+ years of product management experience, with strong business & technical acumen in an agile software development environment2+ years experience in front-end e-commerce area (enough to be able to represent his/her POV), interpreting data, monitoring, analyticsA deep understanding and empathy for user experienceAbility to influence management as well as technical and non-technical team membersExcellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectivelyAbility to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members; relationship-building skills conducive to partnershipGrowth mindset – unrestrained curiosity and drive to identify continuous opportunitiesAptitude to challenge self and others to deliver exceptional resultsFlexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions, and manage ambiguityProven track record of consistently successful past projects with meeting customer needs, achieving business objectives, and on-time deliveryMaster’s preferred, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field#LI-AS1
