Sales Director
Greenbelt Hospitality is a Lanham, MD-based company that provides a complete line of high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative products for the home and garden. We are a family-owned business that is growing rapidly and looking for a Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with potential customers and help them identify and decide on the products that best fit their needs.
Sales Director Responsibilities:
Meet with customers to determine their needs, answer questions, and sell Greenbelt Hospitality products.
Develop a relationship with customers by identifying what they like, what they don’t like, and how we can help them.
Create sales presentations for each customer based on customer information. Presentations can be customized based on the customer’s needs.
Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the customer experience.
Work with sales team to ensure that all sales goals are met.
Manage the company’s social media presence by posting product reviews, product photos, and other content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Yelp, and Google.
Sales Director Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Previous experience in sales or marketing preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to work well in a team environment.

From $50,000.00 per year
