Job Description

Hotel Sales is responsible for the overall selling of the Wynn Resorts Hotel for conventions, tradeshows, conferences, and board meetings. The Coordinator II Sales Conference position provides administrative support to the sales managers.

Prepare, edit, organize, and distribute contracts, addendums, and proposalsAnswer the phones for sales inquiries and communicate general information to existing or potential clientsSchedule appointments and assist with travel arrangementsArrange all aspects of property toursMaintain customer, booking, and account databasesInternal and external business communication, both written and verbalOther office administrative duties as directedQualifications

A minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industryPrior Hotel Sales, Convention Services, and/or Catering experienceProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelMust be 18 years of age or over
