Responsibilities:Manage Accounts and Retain Business:
Manage and service the staffing needs of new and existing accounts and provide high-touch, proactive, highly responsive customer service to ensure repeat business.Master Use of Internal Tools:
Utilize our robust in-house tools and resources, featuring a premier applicant tracking system, JobDiva, to manage requisitions and track account performance.Maintain an Efficient Candidate Selection and Hiring Process:
Leverage the efforts of an established recruitment team to maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.Achieve Defined Goals:
Drive the active account business to achieve organic growth in line with targets established according to market trends and company targets.
Requirements:Ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of account management or executive client facing experienceStrong initiative with unquestionable reliability and follow-through, self-directed and organized.Sound sense of judgment needed to plan and accomplish goalsAdhere to guidelines and standards and follow up on established processes and procedures requiredComfortable communicating with C- level executives as well as procurement staff.Must be able to work independently under pressureMust have Bachelor's in Business Admin, Psych, or related field. Masters Degree strongly desired.Experience servicing VMS/VMO environments is a plus
