We are one of the fastest growing brands in the consumer good industry and we are seeking a Licensing Contact Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the administration, management, and coordination of licensing agreements. They will work closely with legal, finance, and business development teams to ensure all licensing activities align with the company’s strategic objectives.This is a hybrid role with two to three days onsite at our El Segundo location.Major Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate licensing agreements.

Maintain and update contract records and databases.

Ensure all contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and timelines.

Address and resolve any compliance issues or disputes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licensing agreements.

Ensure proper documentation is in place for all contracts and amendments.

Prepare regular reports on licensing activities and performance.

Facilitate communication and relationship management with licensees and licensors.

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.

Track and report on royalty and revenue streams from licensing agreements.

Develop and update licensing policies and procedures.

Skillset:Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.

Proactive and able to anticipate potential issues before they arise.

Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, licensing, or a related role.

Strong understanding of contract law and licensing practices.

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
