We are seeking a Jr. Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

Our Jr. Marketing and Sales Coordinators work together to enable all of us to stay connected, conduct business, and help our clients beat their expectations.
Position Summary:
The Jr. Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for developing the marketing strategy that will tell our client's story-driving business results, improving brand relevance, and strengthening our corporate reputation-to a range of audiences that includes consumers, influencers and client officials.
The Jr. Marketing and Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with each of the functional experts on the Marketing and Sales team, bringing her/his expertise to cohesive, multi-channel programs that span brand strategy, advertising, and events.
Essential Job Functions of the Jr. Marketing and Sales Coordinator:
Lead the company's public relations and thought leadership strategies and execution, working directly with executives and business lines.Build and maintain relationships with key media and influencers.Detect public relations issues as they emerge and lead incident response communications.Act as a spokesperson on behalf of the company, addressing interview requests and questions.Develop communications to the clients, including advertising and marketing for executives.Liaise with our investor relations and internal communications teams and firms to support important company initiatives.Other Skills/Abilities of the Jr. Marketing and Sales Coordinator:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal, relationship and persuasion skillsStrong self-management skills, including the ability to manage time and workload against prioritiesAbility to master new, difficult concepts and content quickly and effectively and converse in different functional and brand areasAbility to deal with sensitive issues and maintain confidentialityAttention to detail and follow-through
