ob Title: Senior Accounts Receivable Manager (Hybrid) Location: North Texas Area (Irving, TX) - Hybrid Position Contract Duration: Until 2025 Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. This remote role requires the candidate to be based in the North Texas area as occasional in-person meetings in Irving, TX, will be necessary. As part of our operations accounting team, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on collections, dispute resolution, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: Customer Account Management: Handle collections, dispute creation and resolution, customer service queries, order releases, and credit limit updates. Strategy Development: Implement regional customer strategies to clear past-due balances, collaborating with Sales and other internal departments on complex accounts. Risk Management: Identify and manage high-risk customers by developing and implementing business risk and collection strategies to minimize exposure. Negotiation and Resolution: Lead and support negotiations to resolve accounts receivable issues, supporting invoicing and dispute resolution. Data Maintenance: Manage data maintenance in various business systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Coordinate with system providers and stakeholders to resolve system problems. Financial Metrics: Prepare and present financial metrics and strategic action plans to senior and executive leadership. Compliance and Documentation: Exercise signature authority, document financial transactions, and ensure compliance with contractual commitments, company policies, laws, and regulations. Project Management: Manage and prioritize a wide range of complex issues and opportunities, providing technical and operational guidance to peers and other departments. Financial Analysis: Research, prepare, and reconcile data for financial statement preparation and reporting. Analyze and interpret directives, policies, and regulatory requirements to provide recommendations on accounting issues. Cost Accounting Support: Support the allocation and maintenance of the cost accounting structure/system, tools, and related realignment activities. Assist in the development and deployment of changes to accounting tools and processes. Required Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in accounts receivable management, financial analysis, and business strategy development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel. Experience with data management systems is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Location: Must be based in the North Texas area for occasional in-person meetings in Irving, TX.
