Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at NextRow Digital, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and nurturing potential leads. The BDR position offers a clear path to advance to an Account Executive role based on performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other lead generation activities.

Prospect Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, educate them about NextRow Digital's services, and set up meetings for the sales team.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business challenges and how NextRow Digital can address them.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.

CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update the CRM system with prospect information, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or digital marketing company.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent phone and email etiquette.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Familiarity with digital marketing and MarTech solutions is a plus.
