Overview:

Help Desk Support SpecialistLocation: Glynco, GAClearance: Public TrustProvides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems.Responsibilities:Provides phone and Tier I, II and III support to users in areas which include hardware/ software, e-mail, network connectivity, standard desktop images and applications.Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/ software, passwords, printer and other peripheral device problems & minor A/V support.Responsible for entering tickets into ticket tracking system and assigning to the appropriate entity for resolution.Qualifications:Required:AA/AS or Equivalent Experience1 year of Help Desk ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.Preferred:Microsoft Certified Help Desk ProfessionalCompTIA, Security + and A+ CertifiedCompany Overview:Integral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
