** Shuttle Driver Supervisor****Job Category****:** Resort Operations **Requisition Number****:** SHUTT007403 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description*****COMPANY BENEFITS:*****Weekly Pay****Matching 401K****Growth & Developmental Opportunities****Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits****EAP Employee Assistance Program****PTO - Paid Time Off****Travel Benefits, Discounts & FREE Vacations through our ClubGo Program****Tuition Reimbursement & Continuing Education Courses****Outstanding Company Culture****POSITION SUMMARY:**Transport resort guests to and from the villas and recreational amenities, working on a scheduled route and timing system.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:*** Must have strong positive communication skills.* Operates a shuttle bus safely and efficiently.* Follows specific regularly scheduled routes, charter routes or responds to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pick-ups or drop-offs.* Assists passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle.* Transmits and receives over two-way radio system.* Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch of potential problems.* Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch.* Responsible for ensuring inside and outside of vehicle are properly cleaned and fueled on an ongoing basis.* Keeps interior of vehicle neat and orderly.* Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on a Vehicle Inspection form and submits to Security Manager.* Learns and provides guests and passengers with appropriate information regarding entertainment and attractions within service area.* Also may be required to perform other related duties as requested.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Supervise the day to day activities of Shuttle Drivers.* Perform shuttle driver uniform inspections.* Organize and file shuttle vehicle inspection forms.* Organize and file shuttle passenger count record sheets.* Maintain weekly fuel consumption records and report to Security Manager.* Complete weekly shuttle reports to include; passenger counts for both Resort and Sales Shuttles.* Complete weekly shuttle stop inspections and report issues to the Security Manager.* Also may be required to perform other related duties as requested.**QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATRES & LICENSES:*** Ability to treats all guests, customers, and other persons in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.* Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.* Ability to be self-directed.* Have a valid Florida drivers license;* Be 21 years of age;* Have more than four (4) years of driving experience irrespective of age* **Driver License - CDL C with a P Endorsement preferred****EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:*** High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.* Previous shuttle bus driving experience preferred.* Have at least two (2) years supervisory experience in a transportation related field.INDRO1**Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:****Motivations****:****Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**
