Department: Respiratory TherapyShift Timings: 18:00 - 06:30 Monday to Friday (3 Days/12 Hours)Per Week: 36 Hours
Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssess patient for appropriate type and frequency of treatment and develops a plan of care based on diagnosis.Implement and monitor patient care plan and equipment.Monitor, record and communicate patient condition.Perform advanced respiratory care modalities.Evaluate respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcome.Educate the patient and family about the health condition and provides information about community support groups and other available programs.Respond to emergency resuscitation team code.
Minimum QualificationsWI license in hand prior to start date; EOW to every 3rd; EOH; current critical care experience required or has worked in critical care within the last 12 months, ability to manage a heavy workload.May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
