Business Support Vice President
who will
play a driving role in managing and executing Global Banking expense processing topics
including but not limited to the optimization and delivery of a streamlined Sponsorship & Donation program, Firmwide Travel & Expense (T&E) Policy, Gifts & Business Hospitality, navigation of the various expense and invoicing tools, and fulfillment of appropriate policies, procedures, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities
Be familiar with all processes/sub-processes that impact EPT, identify and implement process improvement opportunities, and elevate issues or concerns to the relevant owners to navigate to appropriate solutions.
Be the lead advocate for EPT topics to the business, providing ongoing messaging about the team’s services and how to engage with our team.
Be the primary point of contact for Business Support Associates/Administrative Assistant Managers, Administrative Professionals, Expense Processing Team, Client Engagement, and other stakeholders throughout the business for EPT-related inquiries.
Define business requirements and drive the build of tools designed to help facilitate EPT-related work.
Develop strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts across various domains (e.g., Anti-Corruption Compliance, Global Supplier Services, Controls, etc.) to triage issues, concerns, and escalations, and to navigate process updates and improvements.
Ensure that the appropriate controls are defined and being applied and escalate issues to key partners as needed for further reinforcement. Understand the various tools utilized by EPT or their stakeholders; help produce relevant training materials/guides.
Execute and guide various transformation-related efforts about the evolution of the Expense Processing Team.
Lead and or facilitate various EPT-related focus groups such as the Commercial Bank (CB) Sponsorship & Donation Champions.
Participate in/contribute to firm-wide EPT-related groups such as the Firmwide Expense Policy Workgroup, the Firm-wide Sponsorship & Donation Network, etc.
Produce, update, and deliver training or refreshers on EPT-related topics as outlined above. This would include the use of existing materials or through production of new materials as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree (or equitable experience).
Prior experience navigating Ariba or other Invoice submission applications.
Prior experience navigating Travel & Entertainment expense policies and Concur.
Proven leadership potential, with a track record of influencing and motivating teams.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Control orientation with a focus on enforcing a dynamic control/compliance environment and mitigating risks in business processes.
Highly adaptive to integrating and using new technologies to improve business operations.
Highly proficient in analytical capabilities with a keen ability to deep dive into data and convey the story in a simple, understandable, and compelling manner.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications (e.g., high skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as SharePoint).
Strong natural leader and role model with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and provide clear messaging across all organizational levels.
