Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is currently seeking BDC (Business Development Center) Service Representatives to expand its team in our Winston-Salem, NC location.Candidates will possess honesty, integrity, and a pleasant outgoing personality.
Responsibilities include :
Handle approximately 115 or more calls per day - outbound only.Responsible for setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.Communicate professionally with customers and fellow employees.Meet or exceed department goals set forth by the department manager.
Qualifications:
