Sobright Recovery and Rehabilitation is seeking a Community Relationships Director for our outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program in Richmond, VA. Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
Community Relationships Director Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and increase patient volume.Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and other key stakeholders in the community.Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations.Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and compile and analyze competitive data within assigned geographical regions.Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and foster lasting relationships.Submit timely CRM data, expense reports, annual strategic sales plans, and quarterly strategic sales plan updates.

Qualifications:High School Diploma required.Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in substance use treatment or behavioral health; one year of experience in substance use treatment required.
