Job SummaryThe System Analyst, Oracle Cloud EPM will be a System analyst in the areas of Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) product, primarily in Account Reconciliation, Planning and Financial Consolidation and Close modules. This resource will be responsible for troubleshooting end user issues, participate in FCC and ARCs projects, identify and lead discovery/solution-design discussions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Understand and document user requirements, design and test functionality and reports. Verify accuracy, adequacy and user friendliness of the reports.Provide guidelines to develop the team as well as work on configuration setup as needed.Reconcile out of balances between source system and EPM modules.Translate business requirements to system / functional requirements and explain them to the application developers.Work as a liaison among various departmental stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of the company, and to recommend cross-functional and cross-system solutions to achieve the company's goals.Provide system administration including profile updates, configuration.Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.Train users on the application.Monitoring and Troubleshoot Data management issues in EPM applicationEducation
Bachelor's DegreeExperience
Minimum Required - 1-3 years as Functional Analyst / Super User on Oracle EPMPreferred Level - More than 3 years as Functional Analyst / Super User on Oracle EPMSkills
Minimum Required - Demonstrated ability to provide SME in core Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including: FCCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, good knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles, strong verbal and written communication, Knowledge of Data Management & EPM Automate.Preferred Level - Ability to assess and efficiently design and document system requirements based on user inputs/requirements. Experience supporting with all Oracle EPM modules: FCCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, Planning, EDM, TRCS. Proficient in Groovy Scripting & Power shell Scripting.
