Join us and let’s get started.**Job Description**AECOM is seeking an experienced **Information Management/Program Document Control Manager** for a large infrastructure program based in **Sacramento CA** . The position is open to remote work.AECOM is seeking an experienced Information Management / Program Document Control Manager for a large Infrastructure program. The Program Document Control Manager provides the development, operation, and preservation of an electronic Document Control System. This includes the necessary policies, procedures, and instructions. The ideal candidate possesses thorough job knowledge and is fully competent in all aspects of the job including strong proficiency in enterprise document management, relational databases, and internet-based project collaboration systems.+ Determine and recommend the software solution(s) required to successfully implement an electronic Document Control System.+ Develop, implement, operate, and maintain a DCS through Work Plan 4 according to Authority direction.+ Apply sound judgment and experience to effective leadership of the project information management function on a large project, multiple projects, or a group.+ Oversees internal/external document review process.+ Develop and implement an internal document control auditing program.+ Develop and manage the staff required to successfully deliver, operate, and maintain the DCS. Including developing and delivering effective training+ Assist and ensure compliance of the client’s specifications, audits, and re-certifications.+ Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with client staff, project consultants, private contractors, employees, and the public.+ Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualification:**+ BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience in the development, design, implementation, and operation of document control or similar systems for large, complex projects or programs.+ Proven ability to work with a wide range of disciplines connected with the successful completion of projects.+ Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with staff at all levels**Additional Information**+ All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.+ Relocation is not available for this position.+ Sponsorship is not available for this position.+ Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
