OPERATIONS MANAGER, MAUI

We're the first and last touch for clients, worksite employees, vendors, and our own PROhana. We greet stakeholders when they arrive, answer their calls, and connect them with experts that can help. Nothing leaves our offices that don't go through our hands also-from mailing paychecks to worksite employees to sending our PROhana equipment, or goodies in the mail from Internal HR.

The Operations Manager (based out of our Maui office), will lead and oversee the front office teams across our Hawaii offices (Maui, Kona, Kauai, Hawaii Kai and Downtown). This role is responsible for ensuring our service standards are met regarding accuracy, quality and efficacy of the work of our teams; ensuring clients and work-site employees receive best in class service and maintaining safe and well kept facilities for our staff. Additionally, this person will oversee the day to day processing of workers' compensation certificates of insurance and employee travel. This role encompasses team leadership, operational efficiency, performance management, and ensuring high client satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate for this role will bring proven operations management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to process improvement.

Daily management of Front-Office staff and activities to ensure parody of service standards with phone queues and office maintenance across all locations. Manage a team of 8 Office Coordinators\/Administrative Specialists across our locations on Oahu, Maui, Kona, and Kauai.Be a culture carrier and advocate for the ProService Maui office team (~30 employees across various roles and departments.).Serve as an escalation point for day to day issues that arise with walkins, facilities and callers within our company operator phone queues.Actively contribute to, and align with, the Operations Management team and the Office Management team.Primary liaison with property manager and vendors regarding maintenance & communications.Ensure standards for all ProService facilities on all islands are aligned and consistent.Manage and maintain inventory of amenities, office and operating supplies for all offices including office machines (does not include distribution).

What You'll Bring To The Team

5+ years of people management experience leading teams of 5+ direct reports5+ years experience in operational management including overseeing diverse functions, process optimization, and maintaining operational excellence.Prior experience in roles that emphasize client satisfaction or service delivery is highly desirable.Champion for change management, successfully leading and implementing change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.Familiarity with facilities management including the maintenance and safety.Thrives in a team environment; but works independently with little oversight.Possess great organizational and time-management skills.Have the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize throughout the day.
