Connect America has an opportunity for Account Executive on the Enterprise Sales team working with Providers. This position will have primary responsibility (all Connect America solutions) activity including prospecting, qualification, ROI development, value demonstration, negotiation, contracting and opportunity closure. The candidate must have direct selling and solutioning expertise, be a dynamic thinker and have a strong commitment to solving client problems specific to growth, affordability, outcomes, and experience.

This position will have accountability for building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through targeting, prospecting, and collaborating with marketing and the broader sales organization for leads. In addition, the Account Executive will build and execute growth strategy on their assigned prospects to meet assigned growth targets while collaborating with leadership, marketing, product, operations to improve win rates and ensure successful implementations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for new business growth in assigned client marketAssumes responsibility for assigned sales revenue goalsMaintains a robust pipeline (3X+ of target) of opportunitiesActively prospects and qualify new businessDemonstrates subject matter expertise on products, trends, pressuresCultivates consultative relationship with clientsLeads sales process and client engagement throughout the saleUtilize discovery and solution selling skillsOwns ROI/Proforma and presentation developmentDevelops and executes individual business plan with assigned prospectsParticipates in trade shows and other industry eventsProvides competitive intelligence to the organizationTimely entry of opportunity updates and status in CRM toolCollaboration for functional leaders in business and executive leadershipCollect feedback on deals and communicates issues or concerns in solution-orientated approachUtilizes deal reviews process and close plans to improve win rates and accelerate dealsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree1-2+ years of sales experience in healthcare, selling clinical or technology solutions to providersSuccessful developed and closed deals with annual sales target of half a million or moreSuperior communication, written, oral, phone, webinar, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel minimum 25%
