Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this Senior
Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the core infrastructure powering Eclipse.
Qualifications
3+ years professional Rust experience1+ years crypto experience, preferably at an infrastructure companyStrong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms in the context of blockchain technologySolana experience a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced distributed startup environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
Design and develop infrastructure components for our protocol, using Rust and other relevant technologiesCollaborate with our product manager and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications and solutionsArchitect and implement distributed systems, smart contracts, and protocol-level features to support decentralized applicationsConduct code reviews, write automated tests, and ensure code quality and reliability throughout the SDLC.
The total compensation package (base salary and equity) for this role ranges from $300,000 up to $550,000, with additional company benefits. The pay range provided reflects individual compensation based on factors such as work location, assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
