Vice President of Human Resources

Vice President Human Resources – Atlanta, GA

We have an immediate need in the Atlanta, GA area for a VP of Human Resource.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting and staffing

Organizational departmental planning

Performance management and improvement systems

Organization development

Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees

Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training

Policy development and documentation

Employee relations

Compensation and benefits administration

Employee Safety

Assist with accounting functions as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources preferred

10+ years of Human Resource experience

Experience in the retail sector.

Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage HR Generalists

Strategic experience

Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Experience with union and non-union employess

Salary: $100k- $130k+ with excellent benefits.
