The Account Manager partners with assigned Sales Account Executives and serves as the primary customer focused liaison between sales and post sales fulfillment teams. They also support the Account Executives in achieving their monthly and quarterly revenue goals. The Account Manager is responsible for building revenue through superior customer relationship management, identifying and communicating potential opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for their customers’ daily, executing internally and externally as well as superior customer relationship management and serving as the client champion and proactively initiating projects as needed to support sales team, and managing project deliverables and solutions for clients.

This is a 100% remote role

Responsibilities Include

Partner and coordinate with internal and external teams/vendors to successfully build and fulfill sold solutions. Partner with Account Executives for pre-campaign and pre-proposal support, and Client Services for post-sale analysis to ensure all customer needs are met.Proactively manage internal and external relationships to ensure deliverables meet agreed upon specifications, deadlines and standards.Serve as primary contact with customers for tasks including campaign details/objectives, ad copy and proofs, billing, as well as any other function related to customer service or execution of a sold advertising plansConsistently partner with sales to meet and exceed revenue goals and client expectations. Maintain and grow account base. Develop and deliver ideas/solutions to grow market share within an existing customer base.Demonstrate a deep understanding of the marketplace, customers' business models and objectives, competitors, and print and digital offerings.Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, utilize sales tools, and articulate the value of our digital products to our clientsCollaborating with Account Executives on client business needs/potential client opportunities and new products/programs to better serve the client.Work closely with customers and Account Executives to facilitate proposals, correspondence, and resolution of customer’s issues.Serves as the primary contact with account executives for technical issues and campaign performance.Development of an understanding of our internal departments and systems to ensure we deliver the best customer experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 1-3 years Account Management, Customer Service or Sales experience; digital experience preferredMust be able to work with multiple internal teams with ease and provide exceptional customer service and be team oriented in nature.Creative, flexible, and able to adapt to industry change.Persuasive verbal and written communication skills, including solid proofing skillsStrong organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environmentProven record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable environmentDemonstrated success in delivering customer solutions and/or building revenueDemonstrated knowledge of digital media platformsExceptional customer service and relationship management abilitiesEffective and creative problem solving and decision-making skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; SalesForce.com or other CRM tool preferred.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000and $81,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
