As a key member of the Fintech team, you will work closely with business partners, product management and other cross-functional teams, to solve complex challenges through innovative technological solutions.Introduce new skills and innovative ideas to automate crucial business workflows, enhancing operational efficiency within the organization, ensuring that our technological solutions excel at addressing the dynamic demands of the industry.Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust interfaces between custom applications and ERP modules, ensuring efficient data exchange and streamlined process automation across various platforms.Write high-quality code and effectively incorporate code-review feedback on a daily basis.Develop and deploy resilient, robust systems that are thoroughly monitored, maintaining high standards of reliability and efficiency.Provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, guiding the team towards innovation and excellence in every project.What You'll Bring
8+ years of professional experience, showcasing a deep understanding of software development and system architecture.Possess strong skills in building client-side applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, and server-side technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, Backend APIs (REST or GraphQL), PostgreSQL, and AWS.Strong understanding of design patterns and are capable of translating complex business requirements into technical specifications.Advanced skills in programming geared towards automation, capable of designing and implementing automated solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall system efficiency.Experience leading projects and mentoring team members, coupled with a demonstrated passion for maintaining high-quality code and enhancing customer experiences.Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to convey complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Prior experience in implementing and managing integrations between technology platforms and ERP systems is strongly preferred.We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
