About The Role

This is a remote/work-from-home position.

As an Account Manager focused on assisting customers with their scheduled Book Fair fundraiser and informing them about all Literati options, you will play a crucial role in promoting reading and childhood literacy, assisting schools in planning and achieving their fundraising event goals, and interacting with and delighting customers. This position requires a passion for promoting childhood literacy, strong territory management skills, high motivation levels, a collaborative spirit, and an upbeat and fun outlook.

The Account Manager is responsible for monthly, seasonal, and annual goals. The role will work within the identified capacity to rebook the appropriate events in the appropriate weeks, partnering with customers to explore revenue-generating activities and liaising as the book fair expert for customers conducting a Literati Book Fair. Responsibilities

Coordinate assigned book fairs on a seasonal basisFollow a contact plan of scheduled calls to gather info to build and transport fairs.Work with Book Fair Coordinators to maximize the fundraising results of their scheduled book fairs while promoting and supporting other Literati offerings.Retain & Rebook schools currently hosting Literati Book FairsWork with multiple internal teams to ensure the success of each fair

Qualifications

Experience in account/territory managementSales experienceExperience working with customers by phoneExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in assisting customersAbility to work cross-functionallyExperience developing a territory plan and executing itProven achievement of meeting/exceeding established goalsAbility to leverage competitive intelligence to overcome objectionsExperience with or in schools is a bonusExperience with Mac computer system and Google Suite is preferredMust have reliable Home Internet connectivity
