Our Client seeks a seasoned Commercial Lender to develop and manage commercial business focusing on small and middle markets. The Bank offers an extensive and highly supportive branch network, competitive products and pricing, and strong local operational support to help achieve business development objectives.

Core Responsibilities:
Build a robust, credit-worthy Commercial Loan portfolio. Call on prospects and existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing business.
Develop and service a wide variety of secured and unsecured loans or lines of credit, for some of the Bank’s most important customers.
Give financial advice and counsel to customers and prospects.
Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits or make recommendations to a superior.
Guide the credit department or junior officers in the development and analysis of financial background data for new or renewed loans.
Key Qualifications:
At least five years of Commercial Lending (C&I and/or Commercial Real Estate) experience, strong credit skills, and a record of success in developing, maintaining, and closing new business.
Solid understanding of the credit process, credit documentation, and bank operations.
Self-motivated and independent with the ability to multitask, balance a demanding workload, and meet critical deadlines.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
