Do you thrive in a dynamic, high-visibility environment, collaborating seamlessly across diverse teams to drive impactful outcomes?As a Product Marketing Manager on the Edge and Copilot commercial GTM team, your role will be equally split between orchestrating a breadth workstream of leading the creative production process across a team of marketers, as well as a depth workstream of crafting and executing digital marketing strategies for IT and security professionals.

As a creative producer, you’ll oversee a globally distributed team of project managers and creatives while partnering with fellow marketers to deliver high quality marketing content, from event videos to gifs to screenshots and one-pagers.As a digital marketer, you’ll develop strategy and tactics for paid and organic campaigns, optimize web pages, and improve funnel conversion across the digital customer journey.

Responsibilities

Creative Producer responsibilitiesManage the process for marketing asset creation. Own end-to-end oversight of a “creative bench” of vendors, project prioritization, quality management, and process improvement through iteration. You’ll be evolving an existing creative bench.Produce engaging dynamic and static visual storytelling assets. Create story arcs, iterate on storyboards, drive editing rounds, and work closely with partners and creative bench to bring ideas to life.Digital Marketing responsibilitiesDevelop digital campaign strategy and tactics, execute and manage campaigns, drive experimentation for new ways to engage audience, and use data and insights to evaluate and enhance future marketing strategies and tactics.Identify and eliminate friction in the end-to-end digital customer journey by optimizing content, CTAs, and more.

Product Marketing and Business PerformanceIndependently collects, analyzes, and reports on performance metrics (e.g., Key Performance (KPIs)) to derive deep insights and implication that change or improve Go-to-Market plans, tactics, and outcomes. Helps propose new and leverage existing customer listening systems (e.g., feedback from the field, in

product telemetry, etc.) to address challenges, improve experiences, and remove sales blockers/product inhibitors.Cross-Functional OrchestrationDevelops partnerships (e.g., Marketing, Partner, SWE, Design, Services, Sales) to lead and deliver differentiated customer value and company growth while understanding cross-functional accountabilities. Builds knowledge of initiatives and programs across teams to improve and meet organizational goals.Other · Embody our culture and values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in businessOR equivalent experience.

A portfolio of visual assets that you have directly produced or where you would be considered a primary contributorAdditional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience

Experience with creative process management and visual storytelling.Experience with creating and optimizing campaigns and end-to-end digital journeys for technical audiences.Experience and comfort with working in a high visibility, fast-paced environment and working with globally distributed teams in different time zones.Team-oriented collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and bring out the best from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Comfort and fluency in technology to work closely with engineering and marketing partners.Experience working with commercial or B2B audiences.Experience with events / commercial conferences.

Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
