Currently maintaining 9 Grocery Stores, a Produce Warehouse and Headquarters in Mill Valley, CA, we succeed in the industry by ensuring we deliver a large variety of exciting and quality products in an attractive and positive environment.About the role:Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Full Time Warehouse Floor Manager at our Produce Warehouse. This person will be accountable for the proper handling, storage, staging and distribution of goods to the stores and the overall management of the company recycling program and overall warehouse logistics, as well as work the graveyard shift hours, primarily between 10:30 pm- 7:30 am.Essential functionsEffectively coordinate the purchases and orders with current inventory, distribution and delivery.Provide leadership and direction to employees to achieve operational goals through effective delegation and empowerment.Maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience managing small receiving and distribution warehouses.
