Based in Atlanta with a nationwide reach, the company has raised significant venture capital, positioning itself for rapid growth and impact on public safety.The RoleAs the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations , you will assume a crucial role in creating an engaging experience for our team, candidates, and hiring partners. Your expertise will drive an authentic, efficient interview process and shape the hiring company's talent attraction, engagement, and recruitment strategies. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this is a fully remote role.ResponsibilitiesTraining & Onboarding:

Responsible for developing and delivering training for the recruitment team and hiring partners, creating a centralized information hub, and implementing an onboarding program to expedite the ramp-up of new team members.Systems:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of recruitment technology and systems, evaluating current solutions, identifying improvement areas, and devising strategies for optimization and automation.Process & Projects:

Cultivate a positive interviewing experience for candidates and interviewers, collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the headcount approval process, and drive strategic recruiting projects and programs.Data Analysis:

Utilize recruiting data to derive insights, support executive reporting, and work with TA leaders to develop and measure recruiting KPIs and candidate quality trackers.People Management: Lead the recruiting operations team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to team members.Requirements5+ years of experience in a project management, operations, or recruiting operations role, preferably within a high-growth organization.Experience in leading a small team and managing vendor relationships with recruiting and recruiting operations software.Demonstrated success in candidate experience and interviewer training programs, as well as onboarding programs for new recruiters.Strong analytical mindset with a bias towards action and operational excellence.Why Join Them?The hiring company offers interesting work, a compelling mission, and a supportive, low-ego work environment.
