Four Hands is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with extensive experience in ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and e-commerce platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through bothmanual and automated testing methods. You will leverage your expertise to contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the software development lifecycle.

In This RoleDesign, develop, and maintain comprehensive test suites for both manual and automated testingPerform end-to-end testing of ERP systems (preferably Dynamic 365), WMS, and e-commerce platformsEnsure test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing scenarioValidate integrations between systems to ensure data accuracy and process flowsIntegrate automated tests with frameworks to streamline test execution and reportingExecute detailed manual test cases and scenarios, particularly for complex or high-risk areas not covered by automationDocument test results and track issues in appropriate systemsCollaborate with development teams to incorporate tests into CI/CD pipelinesWork closely with QA analysts and developers to translate requirements into detailed test cases, ensuring accuracy and completenessInvestigate and debug test failures; identify root causes and propose solutions to enhance test reliability and stabilityCollaborate with infrastructure teams to set up and maintain test environments, ensuring alignment with production configurationsParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and promoting best practices for both manual and automated testingKeep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software testing and apply relevant knowledge to improve our testing practicesUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands teamOther duties as assigned by managementThe Ideal Person

7+ years of experience in a technical QA role5+ years of hands-on experience with test automation toolsExperience with ERP implementation required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferredExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS), e-commerce platforms, and Salesforce preferredExperience with complex data pipelines and integrations spanning multiple componentsProficiency in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and MavenStrong programming skills in Java; familiarity with other languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plusExperience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, and SoapUI, including designing and executing automated API testsExperience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI to integrate automated tests into build pipelinesProficiency in using version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and pull request workflowsExperience with test management tools like Jira and Zephyr for test case documentation, execution, and defect trackingStrong SQL skills for database testing, including writing and executing queries to validate data integrity
