Essential Job Functions:

Seek, create, and develop new business opportunities by establishing new accounts, build relationships and growing business with existing accounts.Ensure customer needs are met, troubleshoot issues reported, and act as a liaison between customers, Reps, and the Company.Participate in sales forecastingGather / report marketing trends and intelligence to aid management in understanding and establishing action plans.Responsible for preparing basic weekly reportsUnderstand and promote all Company’s products.Effectively communicate and champion Company goals and values to customers and Rep agencies. Initiate and coordinate communications between customer and the Company.Travel 50-75% of timeTraining in Columbus, Ohio for minimum of one week as part of onboarding processManage independent sales agencies in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Alaska.Candidate must live within the sales territory.

Job Requirements:

Solid business acumen.Knowledge of effective sales techniques, sales forecasting and planning required.Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and sales agreements with all types of customers.Good verbal and written communications skills; good presentation skills.Ability to effectively work in a team environment across multi-functional disciplines.Good planning and organization skills; self-starter with solid problem-solving ability.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience in wholesale plumbing preferred.Ability to travel as required – 50-75% of time.Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of sales experience.Experience in commercial wholesale plumbing is strongly preferred.

Pay range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
